Graduate Opportunities

RDS offers engineers excellent development opportunities to achieve chartered status. Our graduate development scheme is accredited by the following Engineering Institutions; 


• Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE)
• Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)
• Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)
• Institute of Measurement & Control (IMC)
• Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) 

 

This makes it us a preferred, approved and quality controlled route for our engineers to become members of the relevant Institute and register for Chartered Engineer status.

We look for graduates with the potential to become our leaders of tomorrow. Individuals who are eager to learn, determined to succeed and are as committed to delivering safe, effective, trouble-free operations as we are.

Our graduates must be educated to degree level, be open to working with different cultures, demonstrate fluency in English and be willing to undertake extensive training in support of their long-term career aspirations.

 

Graduates must hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree, preferrably within the following disciplines; structural, process, instrument, electrical, mechanical, and technical safety. 
 
BEng or MEng Honours

BSc Honours in an engineering discipline Study at Masters level is advantageous but not essential
